A Côte d'Azur Inspired Feast ~ Summer Party Series

Spending two week in the South of France in March has me missing the traditional cuisine of the region known as “Nicoise”. This cuisine is a Mediterranean diet featuring the fish of the sea, olives and of course wine! We’ll prepare a feast and dine al fresco. Rosé will be present!

  • Mixed Flavored Olives

  • Roasted Tomato & Herb Clafouti

  • Salad Nicoise, vegetarian

  • Whole Baked Fish in a Salt Crust, Tapenade
