Fish, an important part of Mediterranean and Asian diets is expensive, easy to over cook and hard to source yet we know we should be eating it every week … We'll cover what kinds of fish to purchase (farm raised vs/ wild-caught, fresh vs/ frozen) and prepare simple dishes using easily available fish.
