Farmers Market and Galettes

Meet me at the Saratoga Farmers Market and learn how to choose the best produce. We’ll then drive to my home and prepare a galette lunch featuring spring vegetables and fruits. If you want to master your pie dough, this class is for you. We’ll use flavorful wheat varieties and proper techniques to create a tasty, flaky dough. We’ll also make savory and sweet galettes which are a perfect quick meal when you have pie dough in the freezer. You’ll also go home with your own pie dough to practice at home or freeze for later.
