Cooking With Winter Herbs

Hearty winter herbs are also known as “woody herbs” as their stems are woody and inedible. They are perfect in slow-cooked dishes. We’ll also focus on cooking a perfect bird. We’ll prepare:

  • Roast Chicken with Orange, Rosemary & Bay leaves
  • Winter Herb Pilaf

Galettes are one of my go-to savory meals using vegetables, meat, or both, and delicious desserts. If you want to master your pie dough, this class is for you. We’ll use flavorful wheat varieties and proper techniques to create a tasty, flaky dough. We’ll also make several savory galettes using winter vegetables, a sweet galette, and a hearty winter salad for dinner. You’ll also go home with your own pie dough for a Galette. BYOW
