With all of the summer berries and now figs appearing at the farmer’s market, I just have to do a class on tarts. We’ll make both a sweet and a savory dough, both of which can be frozen. You will leave class with versatile tart recipes that you can use year around. We’ll use what’s at the farmer’s market to fill our tart shells. Then we’ll eat and you will go home with dough for a future tart.
