Polenta is the perfect (GF) Autumn food and delicious with Fall vegetables. We’ll use yellow, white and buckwheat polenta to make a number of dishes that are doable mid-week but equally perfect for weekend entertaining. Polenta is also a great leftover and will use that too and create crispy and creamy variations.

  • Sun-dried Tomato Polenta Crostini with Blistered Tomatoes, Basil & Cheese

  • Creamy Polenta Board with Roasted Vegetables & Several Autumn Pesto Sauces

  • Buckwheat Polenta with Mushrooms & Herbs

  • Braised Sausage in Tomato Sauce

  • Polenta Biscotti
