7/17 - Tuesday - Summer Polenta - 6:30-8:45

Twenty minutes on the stove and you’ve got dinner! Will make a number of variations using fresh polenta, not the the stuff in the tube in the refrigerated section. Polenta is also a great leftover and will use that too. Here’s what I’m thinking; there will be more~

  • Sun-dried Tomato Crostini with Blistered Tomatoes, Basil & Cheese

  • Creamy Polenta Board with Summer Vegetables & Sausage

  • Green salad with Polenta Croutons

  • And more
