In this class we’ll focus on quick meals featuring pasta. Not any pasta, but pasta made with non-GMO flour, heirloom wheats and without additives. To that we’ll add organic summer vegetables, a little bit of meat, and simple sauces. We'll talk about how and where to source products made in traditional ways and their health benefits. And the flavor, such a difference!
