Would you like to fine tune your cooking chops and add finesse to your plates?

In this series of four classes we’ll cover chef skills for the home cook. Each class includes one of the families of French sauces as well as knife skills, technique, seasoning and tasting, plating, and so much more.

Each class builds on the previous. Committing to four classes helps us to move forward at a fast pace covering lots of information without repeating for newcomers. We cook foods that are in season and and have dinner together.

This class is perfect for anyone who loves to cook, wants to be more efficient in the kitchen, or wants to audition for “Chopped”!
