We will make, roll, and decorate pie dough using a variety of flours and fill the shells with yummy autumn ingredients. We will also cover organization and how to prep ahead so you can enjoy Turkey Day or any day. You will make dough to take home for one 9” pie. 

  • Mile High Apple Pie with Streusel Topping
  • Autumn Fruit Galette for smaller crowds, Spiced Crème fraîche
  • Pumpkin Pie with Brown Sugar Spice Meringue

Classes are nonrefundable but feel free to send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
