The knife is a cook’s most important tool and this one tool is worth a thousand gadgets. Would you like to be a faster cook and wash only one piece of equipment? 

We will cover knife purchasing, care and safety. You will learn how to keep your knives sharp and everyone will chop, dice, slice and prepare a light meal to enjoy. This is a great class for beginners and seasoned cooks alike. 

  • The fruits of our labor will be served as substantial snacks

  • If you'd like, bring your knives (carefully wrapped) for review. 

  • Band-aids provided, JK  ;-)
