We will cover knife purchasing, care and safety. You will learn how to keep your knives sharp and everyone will chop, dice, slice and prepare a light meal to enjoy. This is a great class for beginners and seasoned cooks alike. 

  • The fruits of our labor will be served as substantial snacks

  • If you'd like, bring your knives (carefully wrapped) for review. 

  • Band-aids provided, JK  ;-)

Classes are nonrefundable but feel free to send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
