Are you in the “I want to eat right but I don’t have the time? “ phase of life?

Wether you’re a working mom, college student, cook for one, or you’re just plain busy, this class will speak to you.

We’ll cover cooking strategies that will support our health goals while keeping the shopping and cooking manageable. We’ll eat together after covering:

  • My top pantry & fridge foods for clean eating

  • Prep and storage strategies

  • Cooking with limited resources (aka dorm life and eating on a budget)

  • My 10 tricks that will enhance your food and make it delicious

    Note: This class won’t be about diets but rather choosing nutritious foods and preparing them with a delicious outcome for busy days and weeks. I’ll be cooking my go-to veggie forward favorites. Bring questions!
