Sauces traditionally made from scratch and healthy, are now quite the opposite when purchased ready made. This class will focus on popular sauces. We'll make them the traditional way with healthy oils and packed with nutritious herbs. We'll cover much more than the recipes listed here and delve into the preparations. Each sauce will be served with it's own dish.
