Le Grand Aioli ~ Summer party series.

In the late summer sun of Provence, a wonderful tradition takes place known as “Le Grand Aioli “. The table is laden with simple meal of poached fish, chicken and vegetables. The sauce that is served, Aioli, is what makes this meal so special. It is a garlic-scented homemade mayonnaise quintessential of Provencal cuisine. This class will cover everything you need to throw a Grand Aioli party and teach you techniques for poaching fish, blanching vegetables and more. If you are nervous about entertaining, this is a great way to start as everything is served at room temperature. The tradition of French villagers is to ask their guests to bring their own plates, cutlery, and wine glass. Great idea!

Traditionally, one wears white attire to an aioli party and chilled rosé is served but those decisions are up to you!
