This class will focus on special dishes perfect for your holiday table or taking to a party. Recipes will be healthy and gorgeous using winter’s beautiful vegetables. We'll talk about the different methods for cooking vegetables including roasting, blanching and sautéing.

  • Vegetable Gratins, the do-ahead dish
  • Vegetable Purées, a lovely preparation that intensifies flavor, nutrient absorbtion and is very French!
  • Roasted Winter Squash, Cardamom & Nigella 
  • Citrus & Sumac Salad
  • Green Vegetables with Lemon Crumbs

Classes are nonrefundable but feel free to send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
